AULtec, Inc. has consistently and proficiently performed a broad spectrum of surveys of various complexities in the Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas for both governmental and private sectors. Our staff's professional licenses and/or registrations cover the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Our field equipment include the latest in technology for Robotic and Laser Total Stations, Reflectorless Total Stations, Dual Frequency millimeter-accuracy GPS Systems, technologically advanced Data Collectors, Leveling Instruments, laser-equipped targets for Robotic Total Stations, etc.

Field vehicles are properly marked for easy identification and are equipped with traffic safety devices for work on Federal/State Highway projects.

We maintain a policy of keeping our clients informed of milestones reached on projects.

As-built Surveys for Stormwater Management (SWM) structures or facilities have become not only a stringent requirement for most state and local governmental agencies but also a condition to be satisfied for project bond releases. Over the years AULtec, Inc. has performed and obtained approval for several of these SWM As-built surveys in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.

We have, as a policy, embarked on hardware/software updates and training for both office/field equipment and personnel to optimize associated benefits. We work with client CAD Formats in AutoCAD®, MicroStation® and various ESRI® Software platforms.
