Mr. Afful provides over 31 years of experience of diversified Civil Engineering, land surveying and geographic information system related projects. His has managed various Civil Site Design, SWM, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Highway/Route Surveys; Topographic Surveys; Right-of-way related issues, Construction Stakeout, As-built, Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Surveys, has written numerous Metes and Bounds Descriptions and prepared and recorded Plats in various jurisdictions. He has worked with various land surveying and GIS tools on different software platforms He is experienced in data conversion services from maps, fieldwork and archived information into GIS and vice versa.
