AULtec, Inc. performed GPS Survey Horizontal Controls in the MD State Plane Coordinate System were established. Onsite Vertical Controls were tied to DC DPWT Bench Marks.

Additionally our staff performed DCSO Boundary Research, Survey to Mark (Boundary Survey), establish onsite vertical control, located Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) markings designated by others, obtained structure inverts for storm drain and sanitary sewer, prepared legal description and sketch for Aquarium Area easement and topographic survey as base for civil engineering design and stormwater management design, etc.

Pumphrey’s Patapsco Shoreline Stabilization

Anne Arundel, MD AULtec, Inc., as a Sub-Contractor, was responsible for surveying 200 feet +/- into the lake for the design of shoreline stabilization measures for the Pumphrey’s Patapsco lake area in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This project involved bathymetric survey, on-land boundary and topographic survey for the abutting riparian properties, digital terrain modeling using Land Development Desktop, generation of Contours for both Bathymetric and on-land topography as base for civil engineering design and stormwater management design.

AULtec, Inc., as a Sub-Contractor, was responsible for surveying University of Maryland property (8 Acres +/-) in College Park, Maryland. The project involved GPS Survey to establish controls in the Maryland State Plane Coordinate System, Field Leveling & verification of bench mark to establish onsite vertical control for topographic survey, located above ground utility lines designated by underground utility locator and topographic survey as base for civil engineering design and stormwater management design, etc.

Campus Wide Utility Upgrades, Phase 3, North Campus Civil Engineering (SWM), Topographic & Utility Survey.

AULtec, Inc., as a Sub-Contractor ,was responsible for civil engineering and land surveying for Morgan State University property (20 Acres +/-) in Baltimore, Maryland for the campus wide utility upgrades around the vicinity of MSU Communication building, Schaffer & Mitchell School of Engineering building. The project involved GPS Survey to establish controls in the Maryland State Plane Coordinate System, Topographic Survey, and locating of underground utility lines mapped by underground utility locator. For Civil engineering, the purpose of stormwater management is to address the impact of two small building additions for chiller plant and cooling tower to the existing parking area of Mitchell School of Engineering building and upgrade of underground uitilities.

The project involved Field Leveling & verification of bench mark to establish onsite vertical control for topographic survey, located above ground utility structures, obtained structure inverts for storm drain and sanitary sewer and topographic survey as base for civil engineering design and stormwater management design, etc.

The project involved GPS Survey to establish horizontal controls in the Maryland State Plane Coordinate System, and Topographic Survey, as base for civil engineering site and stormwater management design, etc.
